Stephen G. Romansky, M.D. is a staff
pathologist at Long Beach Memorial
Medical Center and pediatric pathologist
for The Miller Children's Hospital in
Long Beach, California. A graduate of
the University of Texas Medical School
in San Antonio, his post graduate training
includes residencies in pediatrics and
pathology while at Children's Hospital of
Los Angeles, UC Irvine Medical Center and
at USC LA County Medical Center. He is a
diplomat of the American Boards of Pediatrics,
and Anatomic and Pediatric Pathology. For
over 20 years, Dr. Romansky has studied placental abnormalities
and their clinical associations. He is especially interested in how
the pathologist can best communicate this valuable information
to the clinician. This disc includes virtually all the common and most
of the less common placental abnormalities that one would
encounter during 25 years of a busy consultative pathology practice.
