Review of Head Neck Pathology by Lester D.R. Thompson, M.D.

I reviewed the CD-ROM, Head and Neck Pathology by Dr. Lester Thompson. I was deeply impressed by the erudite and cogent presentation of Dr. Thompson as well as the impeccable quality of the slides. After thirty-two years of active practice in head and neck surgery, I thought I had seen all the possible cases, but the slides definitely prove me wrong. Going through the wide spectrum of pathology presented, from the mundane to the esoteric was an enlightening experience for me.

This CD is an invaluable reference for all the practicing pathologists involved in the interpretation of head and neck pathology cases. It's a great learning tool for the residents in pathology and residents in otolaryngology especially for those who are about to take their board examination. And for those who are going to give a lecture on head and neck pathology, this CD will undoubtedly enhance and enrich their presentation. This CD is a compelling bargain; it is something that gives you so much education for such a small price.
